Pentium Dual Core CPU T4300 2.10GHz, 4GB RAM. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop. The only way I can get it to stop is to kill the process in task manager and immediately restart my computer. The GB window appears to be frozen as I can't click anything or close it out, but task manager tells me it's still responding. I have let it sit all night while I slept, and when I woke up it was still in the same state, no progress. My cursor blinks very rapidly back and forth between the hourglass "thinking" icon and the normal cursor when I have it hovering over the GB window. Only for gaming benchmarks to score higher point. Btw, balance mode and high performance mode actually bring no high real performance different. The graphic of the ring going around the restore button will go almost all the way around, but it freezes at the very last part and won't keep going. With cortex power plan will go with cortex power plan, after deleting it it stay same plans as before also on high performance. But once I'm done gaming and tell it to restore, it has problems. Which power plan am I supposed to use for this setup? I have no concerns about power use, I just want best performance at all times, although I dont expect devices to be running flat-out when they are not in use.Game Booster 3 will start up and optimize my system with no problems. If I select the Ryzen High Peformance plan then the slider is removed. If I select the Ryzen balanced plan then the power slider is displayed in the "power and sleep" settings.

The windows default Microsoft plans are shown under "Hide additional plans".

I see the Ryzen special power plans shown under "Preferred plans" : AMD Ryzen Balanced and High Performance. All drivers are up to date as of today, including the latest chipet drivers. I originally did a fresh install of windows 10 with a Ryzen 5 3900XT, however my current CPU is the Ryzen 9 5950X. I'm using Win 10 on a desktop PC with an X570 chipset based board and a Ryzen 9 5950X.

I'm posting a new thread about the power plans as I dont understand which ones we're supposed to use.
